Steel Pan Band

This Caribbean steel band and comprises some of the finest steel pan players in the UK today. The individual musicians’ roots lead directly to the tropical islands of the West Indies, principally, Trinidad - home of the steel drum or ‘steel pan’. Aside from top five-star hotels, such as the Dorchester and Park Lane Hilton, They have played for private parties, weddings, college balls, corporate events, festivals and countless Caribbean theme nights and are also no strangers to international audiences, having played in Europe and the Middle and Far East.

The band are available either as a fully instrumental and unplugged acoustic act or as an amplified band with vocals and their line-up can range from two to twenty players. They play a broad repertoire that encompases calypso, soca, reggae, samba, salsa, merengue, cha cha cha, bossa nova, bolero and pop.
